Music has always been an important cornerstone of my life. I've spent many years documenting shows in both photo and video form. Initially, I used an analog point and shoot camera. While these early photos are not necessarily of high technical quality, their archival value makes them a special remembrance of moments past. Following an upgrade in equipment and an expanded set of skills, my work matured into something worth sharing. My photos have since been featured in Maximum Rocknroll (a highly regarded and well-known punk zine) and as part of a display at Thrillhouse Records (a nonprofit San Francisco record store). Documenting live music continues to be a passion of mine, and reflects one of my primary goals: to preserve a visceral moment that would otherwise be fleeting.
